1-on-1 TRAINING

- 1 one-hour planning session that includes a fitness assessment, goal-making and 4-week training plan

- e-mail check-ins and performance tips

- 1 weekly personal training session (60 minutes) for 4 weeks

- timed performance tests to measure your progress at the end of 4 weeks

 

TRAINING PROGRAM PLANNING

Have the right tools to reach your goals but can't quite figure out how to get there? Want a rock-solid plan of attack to reach your best performance? Training program planning is also available!

WHAT YOU GET:

- 1 one-hour planning session to talk about specific goals, current fitness levels and any injuries

- 1 tailored four-week training plan to follow and meet your goals by increasing your fitness levels and strengths in a safe, progressive manner

- customized workouts for each week that are easy to follow and keep you on track to meet your goals, specifically built to your needs

 

BOOT CAMP FOR TEAMS

Does your sports team need strength training or conditioning help? Boot camp sessions for your sports team are available! Choose either a 30-minute or 1-hour session for up to 20 team members. The session will be designed to your specific sport and focus on the muscles and movement used to make your team healthier and ready to play.

WHAT YOU GET:

 - a 30-minute or 1-hour boot camp session for up to 20 team members

- strength and flexibility exercises specific to your team's sport

- inclusion of agility, speed and power drills to up your team's sports performance
