Burn calories, build muscle mass, get on a first name basis with sport kettlebells. Classes incorporate mobility work for successful and healthy lifting with kettlebells, as well as conditioning exercises for a full body workout. Focus on technique to help advance kettlebell sport skills for every day fitness and competition alike. Learn lifts like Swing, Cleans, Jerk, Snatch and Clean and Jerk with other bodyweight conditioning exercises. 

Strive & Uplift is also home to the NTBFit Kettlebell Competition Team!

What to expect:

- Technique and safety work with competition-style kettlebells
- All levels welcome, modifications offered
- Intermediate/Advanced lifters recommended for Competition team
