Come take a boot camp class with me! Boot camp classes combine strength, agility and power training with focus on functional fitness, multi-directional movements and plyometric moves. Classes combine strength and cardio in perfect harmony to give participants a fun and intense workout. But don't be intimidated! All classes are designed with all-levels in mind and modifications are offered. 

What to expect:

- Classes are 45 minutes long
- All levels welcome, modifications offered
- A. Lot. Of. Fun.

Burn calories, build muscle mass, get on a first name basis with sport kettlebells. Classes incorporate kettlebells and conditioning exercises for a full body workout, as well as technique to help advance kettlebell sport skills for every day fitness and competition alike. GAP (General Athletic Preparedness) classes are for all levels and modifications are offered. Sport classes are advanced level and will take your Jerk, Snatch and Long Cycle to the next level.
