    • 1:1 Training can be what you want it to be! We can focus on traditional strength, building body awareness through breathing and technique or mobility and Functional Range Conditioning. We will build your sessions around your wants and needs.

    • flexible pricing tiers are: $95 | $125 | $155 (per session)

  • At Home Programming

    • flexible pricing tiers are: $25 | $30 | $35 (per workout)

  • Kettlebell Sport Coaching and/or Programming, virtual or in person (Seattle)

    • flexible pricing tiers are: $95 | $125 | $155 (per monthly membership. Includes attendance to in-person lifting sessions.)
